📣 Policy Update 📣
Greetings, everyone! DFP has revised its pediatric vaccine policy, and we’re excited to share this update with you! Please read the following:
The safety and health of our patients, families, and staff are the foundation of our practice. We’re honored to serve you, and we’re committed to creating a safe environment for everyone. With this in mind, we’ve outlined our stance on immunizations for our pediatric population. Effective immediately, Dunkirk Family Practice will no longer accept new pediatric patients who are not following the CDC-recommended vaccination schedule. In order to continue receiving care at our practice, we’re asking all existing pediatric families to bring their children up to date with the CDC-recommended vaccine schedule within the next two years.
Our team is here to help you with a catch-up plan, answer questions, and provide support throughout the process. If you believe your child may need exemptions for medical reasons, we ask that you provide documentation from a licensed healthcare provider for clinical review.
