We’re pleased to share that the gas line issue at Pleasant View has been fully repaired and resolved. All systems in the facility are functioning. At this time, we continue to monitor the building closely to ensure everything continues operating normally.

Keeping the community informed

A gas line at Pleasant View was hit by a construction crew at approx. 5pm today. The issue was immediately recognized and addressed. There were no injuries, and work was stopped. Our residents and staff are all safe and accounted for.

Consumers is on sight and the situation is being monitored and corrected. Our entire team is monitoring the building closely for any heat loss concerns.

The structural steel framework and foundation for the new neighborhood are currently underway. This addition will feature a state-of-the-art therapy gym, an auditorium, and a 40-bed residential neighborhood. Underground plumbing installation is in progress, while the storm drainage system has already been completed.
