We are all about feeling GOOD. ✨

Feel Good Friday is a rotating monthly offering designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and truly unwind. The following is the usual schedule but additional classes within the same theme may pop-up as well!

1st Friday – Pranayama & Meditation
A grounding evening of guided breathwork and meditation to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reset for the month ahead. No experience necessary.

2n & 3rd Fridays – Restorative Yoga
Gentle, fully supported poses held for longer periods to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. Expect props, softness, and spaciousness.

Last Friday – Candlelight Yin (75 min)
A slow, meditative practice in a softly lit room. Longer-held poses target the deeper connective tissues while candlelight creates a peaceful, end-of-month exhale.

Come as you are. Leave lighter. ☁️

Beginners 101: a six week series starts on April 18 and runs until May 30 - Saturdays 11 AM.

Each week builds gently on the last so you can grow strength, flexibility, and ease at your own pace. Weekly sessions will also introduce you to the YFG teachers and the different teaching styles.

Our YFG community keeps growing in the best way! We’re thrilled to welcome Nick Servidio to our teaching team. We invite you to practice with Nick Sundays 8 am.

Nick grew up in Cary, NC and is currently splitting his time between Oxford, where his girlfriend lives, and Fuquay-Varina. After receiving his 200-hour certification in the fall of 2024 at Purple Blossom Yoga Studio in Greenville, NC he registered as a teacher through Yoga Alliance. Nick encourages students to honor the wisdom of the body and to explore the internal and spiritual aspects of the practice of yoga.
His desire to teach comes from his own transformational experience with yoga, both on a physical and an emotional level. Yin yoga especially has left an imprint on him, and he incorporates the introspective and reflective quality of yin yoga into all his classes. He has a deep appreciation for the contrast between active styles of yoga such as vinyasa and passive styles such as yin, seeing the benefits of both.
As a teacher Nick hopes to create a safe space for students of all levels to grow through this beautiful practice, empowering them to love and accept themselves exactly as they are and teaching them to work with the tools of yoga to support their own expansion and growth.
