I’m so excited about this collaboration with Indoor Golf to bring ⛳️ The Golf Mobility Method to The Mindful Golfer!! Our Flow to Fairway Clinic will provide Yoga Inspired Movement to help golfers access their full swing! 🏌️‍♂️ After FLOW you’ll join golf pro, Jason Peterson, at the FAIRWAY (golf simulator) and EXPERIENCE how this practice will work to improve your golf game.

February is here!!! No class on Monday, but we have a whole lot happening this month. So grab your yoga mat and show yourself some love!! Mondays Vinyasa (power yoga- it’s a workout!), Wednesday is Yoga with Weights to help get you strong 💪 and tone! And finally, we restore on Thursday with a juicy yoga flow that consists of stretches, fascia release and relaxation!!

All classes start at 6:15pm. $10 drop in or $65 for the month!!

Knowing who you are taking classes from should be important. Essentially anyone can teach yoga as it isn't regulated, however, there are accredited training facilities and regulations, should one wish to follow them.

The Yoga Alliance is a great way to learn more about your yoga teachers. Here's my profile.

MaLinda Ross is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
