✨ NEW SUNDAY YOGA AT FOREVER BALANCED BODY ✨

We’re so excited to welcome Liz, who has been teaching yoga since 2014 and brings years of experience across multiple modalities. She’ll be offering Sunday classes, and spots will be limited, so these will fill quickly!

🧘‍♀️ Class Styles Offered:

Yang Yoga (Ghosh Lineage)
A therapeutic system emphasizing functional strength and mental stillness through 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This practice highlights the mind-body connection and is thoughtfully adapted to meet each student where they are.

Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative practice holding passive floor poses for 3–5 minutes to target deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Perfect for improving flexibility, releasing tension, and cultivating mindfulness.
