Do you like avocados? Do you like Tacos?
This right here is their love child!

🥑AVOCADO TACOS 🌮 😋
Ingredients
1 lb. Organic Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
1 Packet of taco seasoning or make your own with salsa ingredients
½ Onion chopped
1 C. Shredded cheese or nut cheese
4 Tbsp. Sour cream optional
4 Tbsp. Salsa
¼ C. Green onions chopped
2 Ripe avocados
Directions
Heat the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove. Cook until the meat is completely browned and the onions have softened.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and stir the meat to combine.
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit.
Scoop out the flesh from the inside of the avocados.
Fill the avocado shells with the taco meat and top with shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa.
Add green onions for garnish before serving.🤤

How to clean your cookie sheets!!
You put about 1/4 cup of baking soda in a small glass bowl and sq**rt in hydrogen peroxide until it makes a nice paste. Then you rub it on the offending dirt/stain/grease...whatever! You can usually just use your fingers...but you can also use a small sponge as well.

Make your own Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
Pumpkin Syrup
Coffee Ingredients
2 1/2 water
1 tablespoon of ground nutmeg
3 cinnamon sticks or 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 inch fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons canned pumpkin
4 ounces espresso

Instructions
Syrup Instructions
Coffee Instructions

4 ounces milk warmed and frothed
3 tablespoons pumpkin syrup
2 tablespoons whipped cream
To make the syrup combine spices and water in a medium-sized
saucepan. Bring water to a boil, and then turn down the water
with spices to simmer. Allow the spiced water to simmer for 20
minutes. Strain out spices by pouring the water through a coffee
filter. You want the seasoned water to be free of the spices.
Place water back into the pan and add sugar and pumpkin mix
well. Simmer this for another 10 minutes. This will yield about 1
pint of pumpkin spice syrup. Store in an airtight container in the
refrigerator.
To make the latte prepare 4 ounces of espresso or strong
coffee. In a coffee cup place 2 to 3 tablespoons of pumpkin
syrup, then add coffee. Gently pour the frothed milk over the
coffee and gentle stir. If desired top with whipped cream and a
dash of ground nutmeg

We had a late berry season in my area; so trying to keep up with eating or preserving all the goodness is key.

Tip⭐️:: A quick soaking of your fruit in 1/2 c vinegar and water helps to clean them and keep them fresh. Pat dry and store in a mason jar or glass container.

Or make ahead some fresh fruit salad jars. They have satisfied many of my cravings for something sweet.
