Dear Friends,
Health By Choice Education and Research is a 501 c3 Nonprofit Organization who has been a part of the Community since 2006
We believe we have provided the highest quality programs that benefited residents in Altoona, Lancaster and surrounding areas.
Because we are a non-profit organization our funding depended on donors like you. We appreciate all the love and support you have given us throughout the years, and it is with great sadness that we write this letter.
As of February 2020 the Health By Choice Education and Research Board have decided to dissolve this Non-Profit Organization. Due to the lack of funding needed to continue to keep HBCER sustainable. “Not to confuse the non-profit with the “for profit” Ella McElwee will still be serving the communities at Health By Choice in New Enterprise.”
Our vision for HBCER was to build a facility so that we could help people achieve personal wellness, provide vital information and training to members of the medical profession, and advance the scientific study of natural wellness. And though we are closing this chapter, the vision is still there.
We wanted to let you know how much your support over the past 14 years has meant to us.
The Board of Health By Choice Education and Research want to say Thank You for your continued support over the years – and because of your support we truly believe we have made a difference in our Community.
