Did you make new promises to yourself and set new goals for the second half of 2021?
Are those goals the same as what you set on 1/1?
July 1st tends to be a wake up call for many.
The year is halfway through and your dreams and goals are just that - dreams and goals without any action behind them.
But the good news is, you still have 6 months to change that!
Don't write this year off just beceause the first half of it didn't go as planned.
My year definitely took some unexpected turns, but that's life!
There will always be things we don't expect.
Many situations are out of our control, but what's in our control is how we respond to them.

How many times did you miss your workout that you said you would do?
What were the common reasons?
Meetings, invitation to a happy hour, lack of motivations?
List them out
All of them (even the ones you don't want to admit đ)
And come up with an action plan for every situation you can think of.
Can't do a full work out?
Have short 10-15 routines available
Missed your alarm and can't work out before work?
Maybe do it during your break.

It's not so much about getting it perfect.
It's more about getting it DONE.
Proving yourself that you're not looking for an easy way out.
What you practice regularly, becomes your habit.
It's up to you to whether it's looking for reasons NOT to do what you said you would, or finding ways to make it happen no matter what (even if it means taking one tiny little step forward).
