We provide care for:

• Anxiety
• OCD
• PTSD
• ADD/ADHD

How to get started:
1. Call Restorative Family Medicine to get set up in the system and complete paperwork Restorative Family Medicine
2. We’ll schedule your appointment

What to expect:
• Cash-pay only (for now)
• Telehealth available evenings & weekends

Pricing:
• Initial visit: $155
• Follow-ups: $100–$125 (based on complexity)

Hey Paducah and surrounding areas - I am J. Blake Hicks DNP, PMHNP-BC. I am a former resident of Paducah KY - had to move back to Indiana for family reasons, but I am proud and excited to announce the development of Beacon Psychiatric Services. I have partnered with Restorative Family Medicine to offer telehealth services.

I provide evidenced based psychiatric evaluation and medication management specializing in:

Depression
Anxiety
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
ADD/HD

I primarily treat adults, but I am open to discussing treatment for minors on a case-by-case basis.

Appointments are conducted via secure telehealth link sent to your phone or computer at the time of the appointment. Clients must be in the state of Kentucky at the time of the appointment. Evenings are currently being offered for appointments generally between the hours of 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Beacon is currently cash pay and does not accept insurance but that may change.
