It’s so surreal to win “best massage” in my home town, where I grew up, where I learned to ski…

And it’s so special to my heart to have the word “holistic” bounce back to me in such a grand gesture of gratitude and accomplishment 🏆

I have been believing, preaching, doing, breathing and teaching holistic healing or 15 years. Off all the words, holistic is so perfect for the sunshine technique, because it’s a blend of the “best of” the western massage world and the “best of” the eastern massage world. We need the blend.

We are diverse, multidimensional, multi talented beings. We deserve dynamic body work that is as diverse as we are! We deserve a massage that is unscripted and unique down to a soul level….

Holistic massage recognizes we are mind, body AND spirit. I’m so grateful we won in TWO categories. This couldn’t feel more closer to how we all feel Sunshine Massage Studio when we give massages…

When it comes to healing, We need it all. Bring it on! Bring on the healing! Bring on the sunshine ☀️ 🙌✨ bring on the sunshine technique 🙌✨

🥳I'm celebrating the 10th anniversary since I created Yogasage ~ the fusion of a yoga practice with a massage practice on the Big Island 🏝! I recently finished leading a 5 day sunshine technique training here in Vail, and had a blast incorporating Yogasage into everything else that I teach.

I LOVE that I'm still giving Yogasage treatments every day, it's only grown since I made this video... I've developed so many poses that there's never enough time to teach it all!

I'm humbled and grateful every-time I get the chance to teach at Sunshine Massage Studio. It still feels new and raw to use that space for learning and training. Clients have been asking us to spread the Sunshine, and teaching has been the next organic step and passion for me 🔥

This is a video from one student's perspective; and I'm getting visions of training massage practitioners and yoga practitioners from around the world! BUILD IT, market it, and they will come!

I can't believe I'm still creating new massages and new content is still pouring thru me! I know I can't take credit for the creativity behind these massages I create. I know it's a fusion of allowing unconditional love and care and spirit to flow thru me... and it's also a dance with my client! I notice the more open my receiver is.. the more NEW magic and content I tend to create. Cheers to all the open-minded magical people I've met that have allowed this massage innovation to GROW
