Today as I was making protein pancakes, it occurred to just how many whisks I have had in my years of living on my own. And truthfully a wimpy whisk as I always called it is the bane of my existence. I bet I have had at least 20 from college until I finally got these. I will NEVER not use these.

Today in one of my parties that just started, the sweet hostess mentioned that one of her favorite videos was the one where I talked about making bacon on the Brilliance sheet pan, and I thought, “I don’t think I have ever put that in my group!”

Let me say this - 35 year old Amiee would never have ever understood the value of paying $79 for a sheet pan with a rack. Heck, 35 year old Amiee wouldn’t have even owned sheet pans. Now, this one and the modular sheet pans are a MAIN STAPLE in my weekly food prep. I don’t know how I would survive busy weeks while trying to eat healthy and work and mom all at the same time!

So I say this in earnest: If you do not have the sheet pans (I am partial to this Brilliance one bc it is so stinking easy to clean), then you really are missing out on a tool that makes life easier and healthier, and YES, I still prefer to make the bacon this way!

OK, I want to share this discussion I had with a friend. She had bought the coffee system when it first came out and had texted the other night about getting a new one bc she was going to send this one to college with her son. She said, “He likes coffee, and it is cheaper for me to send him with this than it is to support his habit 8 trips a day to Starbies.” Then she pointed out that he constantly uses it for his Ramen. What?! WHY had I never ever thought about this. Chad had used it for oatmeal and tea, but by golly, this will be life-changing for Abe Webb who is always either terrifying me with heating water in the microwave and then unsteadily pouring it in or when he feels really frisky just uses the stove top to boil water and scare me to death lol

I say all this to say this is the season of graduation and weddings. If you are a coffee drinker (fancy or not), this machine does soooooo much - Espresso, Nespresso, K-cup, grounds, and hot water. It is the BEST!!!! We have 10 days left to order and you may actually win this!

Abe LOVES German chocolate cake. I’m talking it’s his absolute fave. And he’s always begging me to pay Ms. Angie to make him one, so the other day I told him, “If you love something, you need to learn how to make it yourself.” And we did exactly that today. Yes, we used alllll the Pampered Chef but I was so so impressed with those round cake pans. Check out my little chef and don’t miss out on those pans (or stand mixer ❤️).

Ok friends, prepare to be dazzled as I show you the best thing ever - how easy it is to clean with these brushes and how fabulously these stainless steel pans clean up! I had made a big ol mess making burgers with au jus seasoning and I was nervous when I saw what was left caked behind. Needless to say, I am impressed! Keep those orders coming because we are close to adding another surprise prize!
