This great crew helped me celebrate my birthday after taking my yoga class yesterday! 💗 Pilates Amped, getting sweaty with Nikki, followed by an evening swim at Midtown Palatine! Perfect end to my day. Love my Midtown family.

Sunrise yoga 6:45-7:45am on the Midtown Palatine pool deck has to be THE best way to start a Friday! Join us before I go back to the classroom in a few weeks! You won't regret it!

Last week, I was on a glacier, but this week, you can catch me FOUR times in person for yoga.
