What's good fitness family!! In POLAND 🇵🇱 Still in recovery & reflection mode after Chicago Pro but it's not often you get opportunities to workout in different countries!
In my wifes hometown of Dzierzoniow Poland 🇵🇱 ♥️...nothing crazy just a simple flow to feel different machines and basics as well!

PEAK WEEK! CHICAGO PRO! Thank you for taking journey with me back to the beginning as we circle back to present. This was two months ago The DC pro! Came in 10lbs heavier in Charlotte & looked full & was as big as them but my body was to boxy & my torso look funny!
So made some adjustments let's see if they work!
We go on Friday at 8am

3 years later from the last show we circle back to this year. Charlotte Pro! Felt good to get back on stage & remember why I love bodybuilding. Prep was tough as I am older now metabolism is much slower & muscle bellies are softer, with that being said drop 40lbs to make new weight cap & brought my best condition ever in my 40's.
1 week out Chicago Pro 2025

After returning back from Italy decided I would jump in another show, The Florida Gran Prix Boca. Masters division as a 40 year old for the 1st time. Placed in a decent 6th amongst some good competition!!
I decided to take a break after this show, my kids were going off to college & I was transitioning into working from home, however I didn't think it would have been almost 3 years before I would step on stage again🤯🤯

Italy 🇮🇹 Pro!!! What a great experience! In US we do competition & overseas it's a show. By this point the passion for the sport went beyond stage, I wanted to see how Europe did it! Placed in middle to end of pack but loved trying out a thicker package on stage. I was my heaviest at 206lbs on stage & I still was small ha.

Posing & Chest! There have been a lot of 1st on this page and this is the 1st time sharing my posing practice. I am water bloated(gallon & half water in me) flat and I don't look good, not what I will look like on stage but wanted to share all the angles of bodybuilding. No music just me wifey & dogs.
Chest work is Bench-- Incline press machine-- Dumbbell flys-- push ups(exhaustion). Still on my high reps so everything is 4/5 sets of 15/20. Appreciate you guys taking the ride with me!

Puerto Rico Pro that turned into the Bahamas pro. 1st time traveling this far for a show & out of the country. Covid hit & it was a weird time for all so decided what the hell I am gonna try Classic Physique & shake it up & show my legs. Actually my best overall body composition but my posing was trash ha. Classic is different beast. Really enjoyed the posing routine side of it but my passion is Physique. The journey continues! Chicago Pro!

Next up was Milwaukee Titan open Pro! And this was when the losing streak started & the realization that Pro takes a different level of commitment!! It was my thickest back I ever came with & I was pleased with this version of myself I was just small in this show compared to the others!

Pull ups--reverse grip pull down--seat row
Quad extension--hex squats--lunges

4 sets of 15 to 20!

1st IFBB pro show Pittsburgh North Americans Masters which is one of the top shows, I took a respectable 3rd. It's the peak placing of my pro career just to give you a sense of how hard the pros are.
Love the Pittsburgh shows & got to compete with my team for the 1st time!
My body developed more after this show but so did the competition!
Once again thank you for taking the journey with me to CHICAGO!!

I GOT MY IFBB PRO CARD! In my 23 years of fitness this day definitely one my top moments! I was blessed to find the right coach at the right time & put together my best package for the 2018 Pittsburgh NPC North Americans Championship! I know a lot of guys & girls who spend years trying & don't get the opportunity so truly grateful I caught lightning in a bottle! The Pro journey is next 🙏

This is where the journey came to a fork in the road. I was feeling myself after top two finishes in Ottawa classic IL & another Wisconsin show I believe the Cheddar classic but then went to a national pro qualifying show & got my ass kicked. It was after that show I got with my coach Matt Kornick & he basically told me you're a good amateur do you want to take your level to pro...I agreed took six months to prepare & the next show was my greatest & history for me was made! Next post 😁
