I have taught several styles of yoga to many yoga students in a variety of venues to include private clients in their homes, local community centers, military bases, government fitness facilities, and many yoga studios and an online platform. As an experienced yoga teacher & meditation guide, I bring inclusivity to the mat holding space for all levels, all bodies, all the time. I welcome new & experienced yogis and meet you where you are at the moment. I consistently research new methods, techniques, poses to as we grow together in our practice. Private classes are modified and personalized to meet the clients' who may be nursing recent injuries or surgeries or discovering yoga for the first time. I am experienced with the use of a variety of props to ensure students receive the most benefit from their practice. Effortless personal and social skills allow me to engage with individual yoga clients in a relaxed & trusting manner to assess where they are physically, emotionally and spiritually. I offer personalized asana ,(poses) pranayama,(breathwork) & anatomy alignment to guide clients through an amazing, safe and beneficial practice while creating an atmosphere of trust and ease. As a student of yoga myself, I continue to practice Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, Yin, Meditation. My enthusiasm to share this ancient practice with others results in ongoing studies and Certifications.
