We invaded Grapefruit Trails today, major shred sessions and 🚂 runs. The stoke was high 🤙🤘🙌 alot of first timers so alot of 🍒 were popped today 😂. Lived to shred another day. Major shout out to everyone that came out to play.

That was me over 4 years ago, I had big teticas 😂🤦‍♂️. This is why I ride because it keeps me happy, healthy, strong and fit. Oh and I love the adreline feeling and challenge of bettering myself out there 🙌 🚵‍♂️.
Today I want to give my beautiful wife a big shout out.
She preps and cooks my healthy meals. She packs my healthy snacks, micronutrients and shakes. She motivates me to go riding everyday, always taking care of my well-being, THANK YOU Babe for everything you do, love you so much. I'm truly a blessed man. 🙏
Going on 4 years strong with my Herbalife Nutrition and for those that think we don't eat and it's all protein shakes and teas 😂 you just haven't been paying attention. We love to eat!

Thank you for making parenthood easy on us and not being the typical teenage brat or diva. You are an AMAZING young lady, smart, kind hearted, loyal, adventurous, strong minded, always a leader and definitely doesn't take s**t from nobody 😆.
