Storied table was located in Ireland today in honor of St Pattys Day. Our ladies enjoyed a transformation of the dining room into an Irish countryside. Dinner was a corned beef and cabbage, Irish stew, Irish soda bread and a Guinness chocolate cake for dessert. We ended the evening with one of our favorite entertainers….The Sound Travelers…The only thing missing was the green beer.

Farm stand today was a success. Great weather and fun time spent together in the sunshine with a nice breeze.

Tonight we traveled to Italy.. for our second destination in our “Storied Table” series. We shared wine, laughter and amazing food. Our meal consisted of lasagna, chicken Parmesan and cannolis for dessert. We used recipes from a few of our residents’ personal collection.

The ladies enjoyed each others company and left the table satisfied.

At Nested Story, our team doesn’t just show up—they pour their hearts into every moment. From small kindnesses to going the extra mile, they care for our ladies like family. Their compassion, patience, and dedication make all the difference, and we are so grateful for each one of them. 💛

Sally asked if she could eat a meal with a resident each month so she could get to know them better and make them feel special. Off the clock and just because.. this month her and Pat had lots to talk about…, and it’s moments like this that make Nested Story such a magical place.
