I just saw this post and wanted to share it as a sad reminder that Mens mental health is a real problem even still. In a society where men (and women) are taught to be independent, "be grateful," "someone else has it WAY worse," etc.. many people are silenced and struggle alone. It doesn't have to be this way! If you notice that you or a loved one is struggling with something, even if you don't know what it is exactly. Be there for for them.
