The upper neck (the very top of your spine, C0–C2) is more than just bones—it’s a super important connection point where your brain meets your spinal cord. This area helps control many of the automatic body functions you don’t even think about.

Here’s why it’s so important:

✅ Regulates vital functions – the upper neck helps control:

- Heart rate

- Blood pressure

- Breathing

- Overall nervous system balance

✅ Keeps your balance and movement in check – tiny sensors in the muscles at the base of your skull send messages to your:
