The Parkinson’s Foundation is deeply saddened by the passing of music legend Ozzy Osbourne, just weeks after his farewell show. Since his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis in 2019, Osbourne publicly shared his journey and brought greater awareness to the challenges of living with PD.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and fans as we honor his legacy and continue to fight for everyone impacted by Parkinson’s. 🩵

Thank you Ozzy Osbourne for coming forward and letting the world know you had Parkinson’s Disease. We want everyone to know about it and you did bring that awareness.

Thank you for donating so much money to organizations supporting Parkinson’s disease. We need to figure out how to really slow the progression and to CURE IT.

You and your music will live on forever and ever.

It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.
