Restoring the Family on the Rock of Scripture.

At Freedom Biblical Outreach Ministry, we don't offer worldly techniques. We apply the power of God's Word, the only true source of healing, to the deepest problems families face.

The heart of our ministry is Marriage & Family Restoration. The world treats marriage like a contract; the Bible defines it as a COVENANT. We stand in the gap for broken marriages. We don't just put a bandage on wounds; we go to the root of division, sin, and bitterness to restore covenantal love.

Our mission also extends to:
• Marriage & Family Restoration Counseling: Restoring the Broken Home through Christ – For Christ.
• Pre-Marriage Counseling: Building a marriage on the rock before the crisis begins.
• Confronting Anger & Addiction: Mortifying sin at the root, not just "managing" behavior.
• Teaching Biblical Resource Stewardship: Bringing God-honoring order to the home.
This is a spiritual battle. We are on the front lines for the family, and we need partners to stand with us.

Will you help us restore families on the Rock of Scripture?
* PRAY: For our ministry and the families we serve.
* SHARE: This post. You never know who needs this kind of help.
* GIVE: To support our mission. Your gift allows us to stand in the gap for those less fortunate.

⏰ Verse & Devotion:
“Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.” — 1 Corinthians 15:34 (KJV)

Devotion:
The sun is high, but the church sleeps low. Paul’s words are not gentle, they are a trumpet blast. Awake. Not to comfort. Not to culture. But to righteousness. This is not a call to stir, it is a call to stand.

We are not called to manage sin, we are called to forsake it. Not to explain away compromise, but to expose it. The shame Paul speaks of is not emotional, it is spiritual. It is the shame of a church that has grown fluent in programs but illiterate in the knowledge of God.

The hour demands clarity. Not cleverness. Not charisma. But conviction. The remnant must rise, not with soft speech, but with sacred fire. We must awaken not just to truth, but to righteousness, the kind that confronts, cleanses, and commissions.
There are souls who do not know God, not because He is hidden, but because we have grown silent. The pulpit must thunder again. The pew must tremble again. The preacher must weep again. And the church must awake.

🛡 How We Must Respond:
• Repent deeply—not just of sin, but of sleep.
• Preach boldly—not just sermons, but salvation.
• Live righteously—not just in public, but in private.
• Awaken others—not with noise, but with truth.

🛐 Prayer:
Lord, awaken me. Shake me from slumber. Strip away every compromise and clothe me in righteousness. Let me not be found asleep at the hour of harvest. Let my life preach louder than my words. Let my pulpit burn with truth and my heart break for the lost. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“It’s okay to not be okay. Your story is not over.”

From the counseling room to the church pew, I’ve seen it more times than I can count: the smile that doesn't quite reach the eyes. The cheerful “I’m fine” that hangs in the air, hollow and fragile.
The heaviest burden many of us carry isn’t the trial itself, but the mask we wear to hide it from the world. We paint on a smile, hoping no one sees the cracks in the canvas of our soul. We do it to appear strong, to avoid being a burden, or because we’re afraid no one will understand.
But that performance is exhausting. It isolates you. It convinces you that you’re the only one fighting a battle behind a peaceful facade.
Let me tell you two truths I hold to as a pastor and a psychologist:
* Your pain is not an inconvenience; it is a part of your story that deserves to be handled with care. True strength isn't found in pretending you're not hurt, but in having the courage to be honest about your wounds.
* The God of the Bible never asks you to fake it. He is a "man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief" (Isaiah 53:3). He invites the broken, the weary, and the heavy-laden to come to Him—not after they’ve fixed themselves up, but right in the middle of the mess.
If you are hiding behind a smile today, hear me: You are seen. You are not alone. It is okay to not be okay. The first step toward healing is putting down the mask in a safe place.
And for everyone else: Let’s be the kind of people who look a little closer. The kind of friends who ask twice. Let’s make our churches and our homes hospitals for the hurting, not showcases for the flawless.
Your story is not over. Don't let a temporary mask become a permanent prison.

Sometimes transparency is the only path forward. And the truth is, right now, life feels hard. It’s messy, confusing, and some of the pieces just aren’t making sense.

There are moments when the heart feels broken, the spirit feels lost, and the next step is completely unclear. As a pastor and a psychologist, I have the privilege of walking with men, wives, and families through these valleys every day. Today, I’m reminded that none of us are immune.

But even in the fog, even with a heavy heart, my resolve is this: my eyes are on the Lord.

The temptation is to strive, to fix, to understand it all in my own strength. But the Spirit whispers a profound truth found in 2 Chronicles 20:15 (KJV): “...Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God’s.”

This fight isn’t mine to win. This confusion isn’t mine to solve. My job is to trust the One who holds all things together.

If you’re in that place today, feeling broken, overwhelmed, or lost, know you are not alone. Let’s do this together: let’s lift our eyes from the storm and fix them on the Savior. He is our anchor when the waters are rough. The fight is His.

To God Be Glory,
Dr. Mike Napier

☧ Raising the Banner of the Cross ☧
“Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” — 2 Timothy 2:3 (NKJV)

In a world that bows to compromise, we raise the blood-stained banner of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, not in pride, but in humble allegiance to the One who bore our shame. This painting is not mere art, it is a declaration. A group of men, weathered and resolute, lifting high the Christian flag as a symbol of purity, fidelity, and the sacrificial love of Calvary.

We are not called to comfort. We are called to carry, to bear the weight of truth in a world that despises it. These men do not stand for themselves; they stand for the Gospel. They do not lift a flag for fame; they lift it for the Lamb.

As a Conservative General Arminian Baptist, I cling to the New Covenant sealed in Christ’s blood. My hope is not in institutions, movements, or personalities, it is in the enduring faith that perseveres until the end. The narrow path is steep, but it is holy. And every step taken in grace and truth is a step toward glory.

Let this image stir your soul. Let it remind you that we are not alone in the fight. We are a brotherhood of burden, yoked together under the Lordship of Christ, lifting high the standard of righteousness in a fallen world.

📖 “And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself.” — John 12:32 (NKJV)
