I had a wonderful surprise last night at . My friend, Lululemon ambassador, Liz Cortez invited a few fitness instructors to the store where they spoiled us with gifts in recognition of our work in the desert fitness community.  It always feels good to be appreciated for your contributions and I’m grateful to Liz for including me. I love being a part of the special and supportive community of wellness professionals that exists in our desert. Thank you to Lululemon for the continued support, the space you give us and the beautiful gift of your appreciation.

So grateful! These two lovely ladies surprised me today! During lockdown, I taught yoga on Zoom and they took my classes. After 5 years, this is the first time meeting them in person! Thank you, Wen and Katya! I am so blessed and thankful for your continued support!

I’m subbing this Tuesday at PYPS!

It’s been a long, magical travel journey and heading home. From Bali, Thailand, Manila, Boracay, Korea, Las Vegas, and finally Palm Springs. Home is where the heart is. Already missing family in the Philippines. What a summer!

#2025 This is my last adventure in this Asian excursion. I can’t even begin to tell you the magical connections happening on this trip. From Bali to Thailand to the Philippines, it’s been non stop. I am most grateful for spending my time with my mom! She is our national treasure and I am super protective of the queen! Love hard, make time, share the precious moments and make memories. We are not here forever so make it count!
