Excited to be launching our next venture with bringing health to the Tampa Bay area!!!

A message from Rachel Nye;

"In 2024 I was on the brink of a booming personal training business. I had a stellar set of clients and I was thoroughly enjoying myself helping women find their strength again....

then unfortunately the place I was training was devastated by mother nature and our Front Desk lady had a heart attack, not letting her return to work.😭😭 (literally the same weekend!)

I hadn't done much for Tampa Bay Spine & Sports Medicine at that time besides the at home billing and paperwork so I decided to dive back into our business and devote everything to grow it. 🌱

If you look at our numbers and growth through the past almost 2 years of me devoting myself to it they've been quite substantial🥳, and I've got the business to the point where I don't have to be there daily to babysit it.✅

I began the year excited to just spend my days; working out, cleaning, shopping.....but quickly grew bored of that and started to look at going back going back to school.....

 I submitted applications (getting accepted to UF!!!), asked for letters of recommendations, toured occupational therapy programs, met with speech language pathologists; but nothing felt quite right and honestly when I looked at the big picture, many of those degrees were very similar to my dental hygiene degree and I realized for myself, I just like being with people and helping people one on one in some facet.💓

I was limited to the personal training I could do because of not having access to a place to train people daily. I was training clients on Tuesday morning and one week I realized that personal training is my passion and this is what I love.

Once again, I was faced with decisions, decisions how to make myself comfortable when I train, decisions to provide a product that I think people need and I started brainstorming🧠. I came up with Soleil Strength home of The Glute Garden. The vision instantly being planted in my head. A vision I wake up seeing every day.🪴

I was going to give myself six months to implement the plan, but a space opened that I think I need to move quicker on so in the past two weeks I've created my website and have done more to grow this business than even I can imagine. (Even receiving a call from a professional shocked with how good my creation is!!)

This is the first website I've ever created.🥰🥰🥰

I'm sure I will continue to edit it as I grow but I'm so excited to share it with YOU!!!

I am most proud of the "Customer testimonials" and I hope one day to add yours to it. Thank you ladies; when doubt hits I turn to your words.💓💓💓💓💓

Believe it or not but we STILL offer chiropractic at Dr Eric Nye, DC, PA/Tampa Bay Spine & Sports Medicine!!!!!

Yesterday my little friend here said he had a headache while I was volunteering in his class. So I just took him out of school and brought him for an adjustment with Daddy!!! I got one too and so thankful for that as my upper thoracic has been so tight with my new venture.

Almost instantly after our adjustments our headaches were gone and my little business partner and I accomplished a busy day!!! He loved going to Bandit Fitness with me to game plan

One month post PRP Injections Facial🩸, and this is the time where the benefits really start to show as the collagen remodels. 🪄🪄🪄🦄

Currently: only on peptides and natural supplements, PRP for face and haven't colored my hair in 6 months!! Returning to more of a natural state now that I'm not competing and it feels so great!!! There's a lot of upkeep to look the way that we do on the bodybuilding stage and I'm thankful to not having to do any of that right now. But at the same time looking like these cute kiddos mom and not grandma is also the goal.. 👵🏼
