Each quarter, the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System (FISS) is updated to
include new logic for claims processing, pricing, etc. During this time,
claims with dates of service October 1, 2011, or later will be held in the
status/locations listed in this article. Please share this information with
your staff.

The October 2011 quarterly release hold will be October 1 through October 14, 2011.
