I’m so excited as this year I begin stepping into experiential workshops, pro
grams,wellness clinics that assist individuals to embracing life as whole ~healed~and healthy. Honoring the relationship with the self in loving ways, in the foods we eat,where we shop, the words we choose creating conversations, having relationships that maintain ~ enhance~ expand the level of quality in are experience’s living in the present moment. Developing skills that no longer allow in old negative mind chatter or familiar behaviors,relationships or belief systems that no longer work causing many to feel like someone has pushed the pause button on their life. By working with the cognitive parts of the brain,developing a daily spiritual practice,meditation,energy medicine ,self wellness counseling along with the skills of Alex Mart Health Coach focusing on diet and nutrition. Not just eating supporting you to make choices that assist you to nourish your body embracing optimum health,wellness present to the sacredness in life.
