✨ HELP! It’s the worst!
✨ Does this happen to anyone else??
✨ Truthfully, I usually have trouble sleeping. When I’m at home a lot of times I can’t fall asleep and then when I do, I usually wake up a couple times throughout the night. While on vacation, I fall asleep easily because I’m so exhausted from everything we’ve been doing, but always wake up around midnight, go back to sleep. 😴 Wake up again around two or three and then can’t fall back to sleep. My mind starts going and I’m thinking about what we’re doing the next day and what needs to get done. 🤔 And then I know I won’t fall back asleep so I get up and start getting g things ready for the day. For example, I’m about to fold the laundry I put in the drier before bed…almost forgot it was there 😵💫
✨ So, if you have any natural remedies for staying asleep, send them my way.
✨ What I have been doing is staying hydrated, drinking my electrolytes, having a calming tea before bed and going to bed earlier. Pretty much as soon as I feel tired in the evening, I’m going to sleep. Last night that was 8:30p. The silver lining is that it seems I’m going to stay on eastern time, so I won’t have jet lag when we get home 🙃
✨ Only a couple more sleeps before we head back to Miami. Wish me luck 🤞🏼
