3 things have kept me sane during this *crazy* 2020:
1- GRATITUDE. Day and night. The moment I open my eyes, whenever I feel uneasy about the future, when I think about my family and their well being. Whenever my mind wanders away to the dark side I quickly turn around and feel gratitude for how lucky my family, friends and I have been as we navigate the uncertainties this year has brought upon us.
2- LIFEβS SIMPLE PLEASURES. The best things in life are free. The warmth of the sun, time for solitude, my beautiful plants and garden, my fur babies, hard laughs, the smell of coffee. This year has given some of us the space to stop and smell the flowers.
3- YOGA. Of course! Now more than ever yoga has served me well. It is my comfort zone. Yoga keeps me grounded and connected to the life I know and the life I love to live.
