I have over 19 years of experience in the massage therapy industry and training in multiple modalities. I specialize in Corrective Manual Therapy which focuses on postural, frozen, tight and stagnant muscles and releasing them through trigger point, fascial, movement, and resistance therapy to increase mobility and reduce/eliminate pain.
