Waiting to head into the surgery center for the last surgery of my breast reconstruction process! The actual surgery time is 1:15pm.They are swapping out the spacer for a silicon implant and taking out the port implant that was so helpful in receiving my infusions. My last infusion of Herceptin was Monday, which was also a celebratory milestone!
I'm feeling so grateful to all of you who have been so supportive and loving and who have been praying for me throughout this cancer journey. I'm visualizing myself, my surgical team and all of you infused and glowing with light. Here's to health and wellness flooding our body cells!!! ✨🌈✨ 🕉🕉🕉 Love and Joy to you all, dear ones.

My surgery time is at 10am today but I'm checked in already because I have 2 appointments before hand. I'm getting injected with dye so that the docs can check out the lymph nodes in my right arm pit and a wire will be inserted where my cancer positive lymph node was so they can see if the cancer is gone or not after the chemo. The surgery today is a mastectomy of my right breast with the insertion of a spacer to prepare for reconstruction. I will be operated on by Dr. Durbis and Dr. Lee. I feel very confidant in their skills and pray for a smooth and successful surgery.
I feel all of your love and support today, especially! Thank you! I love you!

The right breast mastectomy and lymph node sampling was a success and proved that the chemo did a great job. No major removal of lymph nodes!
I'm resting and recuperating in my private hospital room (lucky me). My folks and Helen were able to come and visit me after their dinner with Jenny and Mangala. I plan to leave Stanford Hospital tomorrow and stay one more night at Asha's house before my folks drive me back to the Ridge. Thank you so much for all your extra strong prayers and vibrations today and your continued love and cheer! 🕉✌️🙏

6/17/16: Jonathan, Nyima and I went camping in Sierraville with our 3 dogs, 2 horses and a dirt bike. We had a blast. It was sunny, it rained and then it was sunny again. Woohoo!

Yay! I have completed my 6th and last chemo treatment today. It's been 4.5 months/18 weeks since I started chemo and it feels like the time went by quickly. I dolled up for the occasion and gots lots of congratulations. I'm so thankful for my family, friends and health care providers who have been by my side. About a third of the process is over. I will continue to go to the cancer clinic every 3 weeks to complete a year of the herceptin protocol, which is for the Hr2+ and the aggressive aspect of my breast cancer diagnosis. Next steps are the Cancer Rejuvenation program for 3 weeks at the Ananda Meditation Retreat next door with Lee Majewski M.A., surgery then radiation. Thank you to all of your support and prayers and love!!! ✨🕉❤️

Barbara and I met up for a shoot the day before my 5th chemo treatment. I'm glad that what I feel in the inside comes through. This shoot gave me the extra bit of courage I needed. Thank you, Barbara! ❤️✨🕉

I've had my 4th and this Thursday was my 5th out of 6 chemo treatments. I'm almost done! Its gone by quickly. I feel so thankful that my protocol gave me 3 weeks between treatments to recover. The 4th treatment was more tough than the previous treatments, but thanks to a breezy 3rd I had the energy to endure the rough patch of the 4th. I'm feeling well, but a bit drained today. I have a game plan that should help with the nausea that was a bit strong for me last treatment. I feel blessed to have strength, faith, grace, prayers and Angels on my side. Thank you to all of you who help me to soar on wings of joy. ❤️❤️❤️
