Elevate to Greatness: Ellen's Story of Success at Elevate Care Palos Heights! ✨ Ellen was admitted to Elevate Care Palos Heights facing a challenging road ahead. At the time, she could only walk five feet. But with determination and the support of our care team, Ellen made remarkable progress.

She also shared heartfelt appreciation for Nurse Larenda, whose exceptional care and work ethic stood out, and CNA Delia, whose warm smile and kindness made all the difference.

Now headed to independent living, Ellen’s story is a shining example of what can be achieved through perseverance, compassion and high-quality care. We are so proud to have been part of her journey! 💪💙✨
