The first step in our process includes a free personal consultation with an ABC Care Coordinator. In our meeting, we will:

• Thoroughly discuss your care needs
• Create a written, detailed and highly personal care plan
• Determine how to best meet your requirements
• Work within your budgets

Your individual care plan is constantly assessed and updated to meet physical, social, emotional and financial needs. All of our team members and caregivers are employees of Always Best Care, who receive comprehensive training. They are insured, bonded, background checked and fingerprinted. We know that exceptional service sets us apart from all other home care companies. "We only hire care providers we would have care for our own loved ones." Always Best Care provides services from as little as 4 hours per day up to 24-hour care, seven days a week. Whatever your care needs, Always Best Care is there for you. Some of the key in- home care services we provide include:

• Activities of daily living (dressing, personal care, bathing, incontinence care)
• Meals cooked and served (for you and your spouse)
• Transportation (medical appointments, errands, shopping, social outings etc.)
• Domestic services (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
• Transfers and medication reminders
• Respite Care, Catheter Care, Osotmy Care

We realize change can be difficult when it is no longer the best option to live at home. The transition of moving can be a very stressful, overwhelming and an emotional time for you or your loved one. With our free placement services:

• We match our clients with the top three of our assisted, independent or skilled living places that offer the most appropriate living options based upon your individual requirements, financial situation, geographic preference and cultural/social needs.

• We personally escort our clients and their families on a tour of the matched assisted living communities, residential care homes, Alzheimer's and dementia care communities or retirement communities so they may decide which senior housing option is best for them.

• Our job does not end there. We will follow up to ensure that you are happy with your choice and are being treated with dignity and respect ---- always.
