I’m not a “just think positive” kind of practitioner.
I believe in light.
And I believe in shadow.
You don’t heal by pretending the dark parts of you don’t exist.
You heal by understanding them.
Anxiety isn’t weakness.
Anger isn’t failure.
Self-sabotage isn’t stupidity.
They’re protective patterns your nervous system learned at some point.
The goal isn’t constant positivity.
It’s integration.
When we work with the subconscious, we’re not trying to erase parts of you.
We’re helping your system update what it no longer needs to protect against.
That’s balance.
That’s real change.
