I’m baaaaack 🤗

Maternity leave has been the most beautiful pause — becoming a mother has changed me in all the best ways. I’m so grateful for this sacred time & to each of you who allowed me the space to fully be present with my baby girl 🥹

That said, I’ve deeply missed connecting with you & doing what I love!! I’ll be easing back in with limited, part-time hours as I find my rhythm in this new season.

The days of the “astringent burn” are over sis 😬

Unless it’s a more aggressive aesthetic treatment like a chemical peel in office, your daily skincare products should never feel like any of these. If they do, it’s probably time to dial it back for a few days.

This is usually caused by your chemical / physical exfoliants — (Mandelic, Benzoyl Peroxide, Glycolic, Retinols, Scrubs etc.) but can always be triggered by your environment!

- Water is too hot on face when cleansing / showering (always lukewarm - cold)
