It’s been too long since i’ve posted! I’m trying something new, since moving to I have found a couple of places for , it’s most definitely still my but it’s winter and for some reason there are no classes. Now, the at the is my ♋️ on my - nothing can beat that!! In the the hubby and I work out w the kids, being made! We still go to the as often as the weather permits. I personally go just to watch the of course I get my in but nothing compares to the of the in the air. Not a day goes by that I am not and that living next to the we have so many more memories to make here! I miss everyone that has stayed a loyal follower, thank you. Im making some changes to the pages and will have new to post and hopefully or others the see what you never do on tv or social media because you’re out there doing it! It took my almost 3 years to do a split but I did it! I’m proud of myself and the changes I can actually see in my body. My whole life I have been jealous of my sister, she was born in a split lol , not literally but finally! I did it. **k yes this is my kids room

Some pics from yesterday’s yoga session. It was a true learning experience, just as every chance I get to do a true session, (not just work out) but this one was humbling.
After having a baby, and being in good shape before the baby I feel I sometimes have to check my lol because I wasn’t perfect then, and I’m not perfect now. Anchorage, Alaska
