Through nervous system restoration, embodied truth, and sacred witnessing, we help survivors of trauma reclaim their strength. Our mission is to empower others to step into their light and run with it whole heartedly. We believe we are each our own healers, its WPW’s goal to facilitate safe spaces to teach and encourage people to own that power within.

The first Monday of every month, we gather to ride and meditate together. Letting our horses carry us as we unravel a bit. Picking up quiet lessons from nature as we go. Letting ourselves be deeply swooned by the earth and all of her blessings.

Last nights ride was magical ā˜€ļø
As spring begins to move, so many of us are feeling that quiet anticipation… and the nervous system trying to catch up. So we slowed down. We tapped into our breath, and came back to what’s here.

The river reminded us that movement doesn’t need urgency.
And the waterfall showed us something deeper… that real power isn’t in control. It’s in the ability to let go, again and again, and trust ourselves without needing to have it all figured out.

Peace doesn’t come from understanding everything.
It comes from presence.

Join us next month, May 4th šŸ¤Ž

Last night under the Full Worm Moon in Virgo, we did not talk about manifesting something new.

We talked about softening.

About the tiny habits that quietly shape our days. The rushing. The self criticism. The constant trying to catch up to our own lives.

The worm moon marks the first slow thaw of the earth. The worm does not break through the soil with force. It moves patiently beneath the surface, turning the ground little by little, making space for new life without urgency or applause. That is the invitation of this moon. Small, steady, almost invisible shifts that change everything over time.

Virgo reminds us that transformation lives in the details. Not in dramatic reinvention, but in one softer breath. One gentler response. One tiny habit refined.

If you want to work with this full moon today, keep it simple.

Notice one small habit that pulls you away from the present moment. Instead of overhauling your life, shift it gently. Soften your tone. Slow your breath. Put the phone down a few minutes earlier. Offer yourself grace where you usually offer pressure.

The worm moves quietly, and yet it prepares the entire field for spring.

Slow is sacred.
Small is powerful.
And you are allowed to grow gently. šŸŒ•šŸ¤Ž

Into the Wild
By Shylah Ray Sunshine

Into the wild I go
Into the wild I am
It's been a while, freedom child
Since I left my roots back home
… I once tried to run away
Like a wild animal's prey
Running, hiding, I was riding high into the sunset sky
… Heya hey heya hey heya heya heya hey
Heya hey heya hey heya heya heya hey o wey
… All my life, all this time
I've been a warrior and I know why
I've been given the torch of light
To walk in the darkness of the night
… Years we fought for this freedom
Years I thought I had wisdom
Now I see with new eyes
From this truth I cannot hide
… Heya hey heya hey heya heya heya hey
Heya hey heya hey heya heya heya hey o wey
… I've gotta believe I'm here
To make a difference without fear
Of being seen or heard
Like the bird who flies at night
Like the lion, strong and fierce
Like the whale singing
I'd like to be bringing peace
To you, to me, to you, to me
… Into the wild I go
Into the wild I am
It's been a while, freedom child since I left my roots back home
Into the wild I'll go
And into the wild I am
It's been a while, freedom child since I left my roots back home

So grateful for Sloane Milstein and the way she captures horses and people. Her work feels like magic. You can add her photography to any of our retreats or rides, and it is always worth it. šŸ¤Ž
