Aloha!
My name is Jackie O'Leary. I am a registered nurse turned transformative health practitioner.
I created Transformative Health Hawai'i to provide holistic health & wellness services to those who are seeking a more empowered approach to their health, and ultimately their life.
(Because health is life, am I right?)
My practice involves a spectrum of supportive & therapeutic modalities including holistic coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, breathwork, meditation, visualization, & somatic practices. All of these practices are designed to support the release of constraints preventing individuals from thriving.
My intention is to empower people to live consciously, restore wholeness, and create a reality aligned with their highest purpose. It is my deep knowing that each individual who commits to their own well-being has a profound ripple effect on their families, communities, and the world.
