Did you know we offer a personalized OT program called Mindful Minds?!

Mindful Minds purpose is to help children and teens learn how to cope with stress and anxiety, and learn critical life skills to lead happy and healthy lives. 👏

Teaching children and teens how to recognize and stop automatic negative or unhelpful thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts.

By learning to cope in positive ways, the brain lays down new pathways, grows new neuronal connections and helps to deal with stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms in healthy ways!

Check out this video of one of our patients “shredding” unhealthy/unhelpful thoughts. This is such an amazing program! We currently have 3 therapists trained in this intervention!
