Let’s talk about one of the biggest excuses I hear:

ā€œEating healthy is too expensive.ā€

No…it’s not. You’re just not prioritizing it.

Eating healthy is actually SIMPLE and can be very budget-friendly when you stop overcomplicating it.

You don’t need fancy meals, organic everything, or $15 ā€œhealth bowls.ā€

Keep it basic:

🄚 Protein: eggs, chicken, canned tuna, ground turkey
šŸš Carbs: rice, oats, potatoes
🄜 Fats: nuts, coconut oil
šŸ’§ Water: basically free compared to your daily Starbucks habit or weekly alcohol

That’s it. That’s the foundation.

You can build an entire physique and transform your health off those foods alone.

Meanwhile, people will say eating healthy is expensive…
while spending money on takeout, alcohol, snacks, and $7 coffees every day.

Let’s be real:
