Good morning friends, I just wanted to share with you all the ways to feel
Better.1. Do something for you!
Take a walk or a bike ride, sit quietly and exhale the day away.
2. Drink your water, put lemon or mint in it.
3.if your short on time cook two meals at once. This way your only standing at the stove 1/2as much each week.
4.stretch, and work out, at least 30 min. I promise you will feel better.
5. Call a friend
6. Plan an outing with a friend, your spouse or a family member. Do This once a month. This will give you something to look forward to each month.
And ofcourse get a massage once a month.

Dear Family and friends, I want you all to start taking care of yourselves. Drink plenty of water, go for a walk/ hike or bike ride.
Eat better. Laugh more, learn to enjoy the rain & Sun. Live a day at a time and stop worrying! It's not healthy.
I have a new motto this year,
