The Department of Communication Disorders at Arkansas State University is home to the only official 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗢𝘂𝘁! 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 in Arkansas. This free program helps individuals with Parkinson’s disease and related disorders regain and retain their speech and swallowing abilities.

Through a partnership with the Parkinson Voice Project, A-State provides life-changing therapy both in-person and through telehealth, led by expert faculty and graduate clinicians. Since launching, the free program has already helped more than 100 Arkansans speak more clearly, confidently, and intentionally.
