“lending a hand” with for Mother’s Day! The King Kares Foundation, established by former Hudson Catholic star Louis King, now playing in the NBA, and his family, paid tribute to mothers with a Mother's Day event on May 8, 2022. The foundation provided on-site career consultation from Stop & Shop, a nail tech, a massage therapists and a make-up artist to pamper moms who are survivors of domestic violence. The mothers also received gift bags prepared by King. The afternoon included lunch, and a discussion with Assemblywoman Angela McKnight.

1.A friend is someone other than your family or lover that you share close affection with. You share kindness, sympathy, empathy, compassion, and a mutual bond.

2.The definition of a true friend is someone who has your back (pun intended), no matter what. They watch out for you and ensure you are not in danger. They will never purposely lead you into making decisions that aren't good for you. A true friend will always have your best interest at heart
