Low-impact, full-body, and very effective rowing hits 85% of your muscles while being gentle on your joints. It’s gentle on your knees but double check with your doctor or physical therapist if ok to try. Low impact in the beginning and try a supervised session first. Many youtube videos if you want to learn the technique
