NPC TN State Championship 2023
The 1%....
They say many athletes can't compete long enough to make it to show time. I'll be the first to tell you, itnis mentally, physically, and emotionally draining. Going from the first picture to the last, I cannot say that I'm not proud. I've enjoyed this experience alongside my brothers and fellow competitors, and look forward to doing it again.

Personal Progress post to show results and my experience through trial and error. At my heaviest I was 260 lbs and well over 17% BF. I now stay around 215-220 lbs at 10% BF. Fitness is a state of mind that is always achievable if you are willing to put in the work. Take the first step today, and let me help you get right!
