Our *mobile* outpatient therapy program may be exactly what you need! If you or your family member reside in an assisted living facility or senior living community and are concerned about mobility, growing weakness, difficulty performing daily tasks (showering, walking to dining room, wheelchair use, transfers), pain management, a decline in cognitive function, etc, without concerns requiring skilled home health nursing care, please consider our mobile outpatient therapy program. We can assisted with all mobility, speech/cognitive concerns, all while we monitor weight and vital signs to monitor the need for nursing care during our treatment plan. We are able to potentially see our patients up to 5x per week, and work with them for an hour each visit. This allows us to not only help with increasing their independence with daily activities, but also gives us ample time to assess additional needs necessary for overall improvement in their vitality.
