But you start to notice patterns sooner.
You react less intensely.
You understand yourself more clearly.
You communicate more directly.
You feel steadier in your life.

Most approaches stop halfway.

You either think about what you feel
or you react to it.

And then you repeat it.

This works differently.

You move through what you feel.
You understand what is underneath it.
You identify your need for.
And you choose how to respond.

You are not skipping steps.
You are not pushing past it.

You are working with what is actually there.

That is why it begins to stick.

Too often I forget that for over two years, this was the view from my porch. I’m that weird person that doesn’t miss the sunshine at all. But I do miss the water. I miss my friends. I miss getting lost in a thousand different directions on purpose and clocking 30,000 steps on a happy Saturday afternoon just wandering further and further into newness. I miss the constant travel. I miss the space and the time alone. I miss being untouchable in the far away sense. And I am grateful for what all of it taught me. I wouldn’t have been able to draw a line in my life and move forward from it if I didn’t first go this far away from everything I thought I knew.

This is not just for the big moments.

It is for the text that throws you off.
The conversation you keep replaying.
The decision you are avoiding.
The feeling you cannot shake.

You can use this in a few minutes or take more time when you need it.
The goal is not depth every time.

The goal is consistency.

Because when you practice in the small moments,
you start to show up differently in the big ones.

That is where change actually happens.
