Bigger isn’t better.

Stronger is better.

More aligned is better.

More independent is better.

It’s a signal.

A signal that your body isn’t processing energy efficiently.

Most people try to fix this by:
– cutting more food
– adding more workouts
– trying random supplements

And they stay stuck.

Because the issue isn’t effort.

It’s timing, structure, and consistency.

When you stabilize your day — how you eat, move, and support your body — triglycerides almost always follow.
