(Healing {literally meaning to make whole} is the process of the restoration of health to an unbalanced, diseased or damaged organism.) Sadly, the foods we eat, the liquids we drink, the products we put on our skin and hair, and of course, the air we breathe…has damaged our bodies as well as introduced many of us to sickness and disease.
