Fun fact about me as a Reiki and integrative energy worker. I donā€™t believe in most of the New Age spiritual s**t. I do like crystals and using them in my work, but I donā€™t believe that a certain stone has a certain power. I believe theyā€™re tools of intention. Putting on a certain symbol or type of stone is a reminder, an intention that I am setting. Something about the zodiac signs and their astrology readings, simply doesnā€™t resonate with me, and I think when you hold its information to a T, can be very limitting. I donā€™t think Reiki is about God or religion but rather about what your energy has to say about the habits that are not working for you. And finally, I do not think Iā€™m perfect or ā€œ fully healedā€œ despite being in this work for 6 years. Some patterns take a really long time to unravel.

If youā€™ve been curious about reiki or energy work, you should know, the healer is not doing the healing. They are bringing awareness to the spaces that need healing and facilitating a safe space where your body can heal itself. That healing comes in layers. For me, the longest player took years to fully recover, and still lingers in some places. But having done this work, I feel better and have less pain in my body because the emotion that was causing the pain is no longer there, and was created by years of suppression.

I help facilitate a space where your body, mind, and emotions can heal themselves.
But first, you must be willing to change what made you oh, emotional, or cycle in the first place.

I am not a healer in the sense of me doing the healing and the space I create for you to do that, can help you heal, IF you are willing to listen to your body and DO the work/ make the changes.

For some people, they have already made the changes, but their body is holding onto the emotional trauma of situations(s). In this case, I facilitate a space where your body may release that trauma.

It was fun seeing all the toddlers, kids, teens, and parents dressed up!!

This is one of the most special places I have ever been. I do not really support any one religion or the pushing of religion onto anyone. And I do not participate in oneā€¦ However, the Vatican is probably one of the most mind blowing places architecturally, as well as spiritually that I have ever been. Stepping into this building gave me such a peaceful feeling of surrender and love.
It reminded me of the good we can do when we set our intentions and wishes out for good. It reminded me of why I have chosen to walk the path of helping people move through their pain and find healing. Caring for, and helping others is the most healing thing we can do for ourselves, for the planet, and for all Earthā€™s inhabitants.
I am so grateful to have had this experience and have been putting the energies I was attuned with here to work this week with my clients and in nature!
