Six years ago today! Before all that weight gain that I had to lose again. Meanwhile this week I pulled 8,000 files off an ancient laptop and found pics of me at my heaviest weight ever. Someday I’ll write a book about my real weight journey since childhood. It’s been such a roller coaster over the years so I’m so happy to finally understand how to stay at my healthiest weight and keep it off permanently. Now if I could only get my hair this long again!! 🤯🤯🤯
