Today, on Giving Tuesday, I’m asking our community to stand with us in honoring my daughter Brooke, whose life was tragically cut short due to an overdose involving fentanyl. Her story is heartbreaking, but it fuels a mission rooted in hope, prevention, and saving lives.

Brooke’s Hope was created so no other family has to experience the pain of losing a child, a friend, or a loved one. We are committed to educating youth about addiction, the dangers of fentanyl, and the real-life consequences that one decision can have. Through school presentations, prevention programming, and community partnerships, we are empowering young people to make safer choices and build brighter futures.

💙 Proud Partnership for Fentanyl Awareness 💙

Today, Brooke's Hope joined forces with the Boone County Quick Response Team, Sheriff Chad Barker, Josh Barker, and Dave Taylor at Sherman High School. Together, we are committed to bringing essential awareness and prevention education to our youth.

Charlie courageously shared the deeply moving story of Brooke’s tragic loss, shedding light on the devastating impact substance abuse has on families and communities. The students learned the harsh realities of fentanyl and the importance of making informed, safe choices.

Thank you to our community leaders for standing with us. Together, we can make a difference and save lives.

Brooke's Hope partnered with Boone County Quick Response Team to bring fentanyl awareness and prevention to students at Scott High School in Madison,Wv. Charlie shared Brooke's story- a powerful reminder of the impact substance use disorder can have, not only on individuals and families, but on entire communties💙

Our mission is to spread hope, provide education and prevent further loss. This was a meaningful day for us, and we are increadibly grateful for the chance to connect with the students , staff and community leaders.

We are hopeful this is ony the begining , and we are committed to reaching more communitites to share Brooke's Story and the lifesaving importance of awareness and prevention.🛟
