I’m currently completing my Breathwork Certification and I’m looking for 5 volunteers to support me as I step into my role as a Breathwork Teacher & Facilitator

This is a completely free opportunity and an energetic exchange rooted in community and growth. In return for your participation and feedback, you’ll receive guided breathwork sessions and exercises designed to support grounding, emotional release, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

If you’ve been feeling called to deepen your connection with your breath, release stored tension, or simply hold space for healing—this may be for you.

✨ 3-Minute Grounding Reset for Tired Days ✨

This is for the days when your body is heavy, your mind is full, and rest feels just out of reach.
• Sit or stand with both feet on the floor
• Place one hand on your chest, one on your lower belly
• Take 3 slow breaths, longer on the exhale than the inhale
As you breathe, quietly say:
“I am allowed to move gently today.”

Next:
• Gently roll your shoulders back once
• Release your jaw
• Drop your tongue from the roof of your mouth

To close, imagine any excess energy, stress, or tired thoughts draining down through your feet and into the earth—no forcing, just release.
There is nothing to fix.
This moment is enough.
Rest is not a pause from the work—it’s part of the work.
